Large double room available in city center shared house The room available is in a 5-room central house. We are a house of young professionals, artists, a mature student and a post graduate. Located a 5 minute walk from the town centre, and 5 minutes to the beach. *Includes double bed, wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, chairs and bedside cabinet *£350/month rent includes council tax, gas, electric and water bills plus an extra £8. 80/month internet and TV license *Negotiable length of contract, though 6 months + is preferred *House features 2 bathrooms, combined lounge/kitchen area, cellar and enclosed garden. There is on street parking and convince shops and pubs within a minute walk. We are preferably looking for someone aged 25+
