Spare room in 2 bed house

Hi,

I have a spare room in my house. The house is pretty basic, but clean and I prefer it 'tidy' - within limits.

I like to spend my time 'doing things' - preferably outdoors - as an example; I do not have a TV (feel free to bring one).

I really enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds - which often means different countries. Currently I do invite couch surfers and friends to stay - which has proven interesting so far!

My ideal house mate would be a french speaker with a dog. though others considered as this is rather prescriptive ;)

(there is a double bed in the room at present but i have not put in any other furniture - bring your own or we can work something out...)

There is plenty of shared living space, fairly big kitchen for the size of house and a good sized bathroom.

The city is a short walk down hill and there is generally pretty good street parking (cul de sac).
