One room available to the right person in a shared terrace house located in the Waun Wen area just off Camrthen Rd. This is a double room with all bills and WIFI included in the £275pm rent charge.

There is street parking, and a small secure yard out the back, Kitchen, bathroom and living areas are all shared so everybody is expected to chip in to help keep the place tidy.

The house is literally minutes away from the nearest bus stop, 5min walk from local corner shops and post office, 10 - 15 min walk to the Swansea Met and the town Centre so don't be put off by the Waun Wen location! We are just off Camarthen RD so its ideal if you have to head towards Liberty, Forestfach or Morriston.

Please only apply if you know that you can afford to pay the rent by the first of each month. You also need to be considerate towards the other housemates and be able to help with the upkeep of the house. I believe they have a cleaning rota system in place.
Be aware that any damage you make to the property will have to be paid for and my partner and I carry out regular checks on the house so if there is any problems or queries we will be easy to get hold of.

It is an easy going and quiet house. There is no Bond, I just ask that the rent is paid on time every month and there will be a contract drawn up for you before hand. I will require the first months rent up front before you move in.
Room is unfinished but can be furnished if required.

Well behaved pets may be considered but this would have to be approved by the other housemates beforehand also please bare in mind that any damage that they may cause will have to be paid for. There is two cats already living in the property, however they are hardly seen.
