We are next to Brynmill and Singleton Parks about a 10 minute walk to the college (and Singleton Hospital) and only a 5 minute walk from the local shops, restaurants and pubs.

Fully furnished, the room is a spacious, Double bed, desk, fireplace and copious shelf space. Ideal for a student. double in our house on Glanbrydan Avenue.

Attractive open plan kitchen. Living area, with 2 shower/bathrooms. We also have a decking area and yard which is great for sunny evenings and a garage to keep the bikes in.

Room is rented from the living room letting agency. Half rent over summer (starting 2016), full months' rent deposit. Rent does not include bills.
