Double room. Garden and patio, garage to store a bicycle. Wireless connection for Broadband. Close to shops, doctors, park, 2 colleges. Metropolitan uni is a couple of minutes away. Offroad parking and bus stops outside regularly to town. Owner a widow and likes company in house. I am peaceful, caring and like fun. Occupants are very easy to get on with, respectful and it is a happy house. Very clean throughout. I would like someone who is easy going, honest, reliable and considerate of others. We respect one and other's privacy but love a nice chat too.
