The flat is located in an old boys school in St Thomas area, which was turned into apartments. It’s 20 min walk from city centre and 10 mins walk from Lidl and Sainsbury's. This is a modern 2 bedroom, 2 level flat with shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. It is fully furnished including washing machine with tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 fridges. The building is secured with CCTV cameras and there is a lovely caretaker who is always happy to help if needed. There is also a bike storage available.
The rent is £450 per person per calendar month. Total cost is about £630 including bills and the exact amount varies on electricity usage.
