Hi, my name is Laura. I’m a 39‑year‑old professional (and a private pilot!) with a spare room available from 29 December in my modern two‑bedroom, two‑level flat.

The flat is located in a converted boys’ school in the St Thomas area—just a 20‑minute walk to the city centre and 10 minutes to Lidl, Aldi and Sainsbury’s.

It’s fully furnished and includes:
- Shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room
- Washing machine with tumble dryer, dishwasher, and two fridges
- Secure building with CCTV and a friendly caretaker
- Bike storage available

I work Monday to Friday and I’m easy‑going, clean, and respectful of others.

Costs per person (approx. £630 total including bills):

- Council Tax: £78.50
- Water: £37.50
- Electricity: varies by usage
- Sky Broadband: £12

I’ll be away between 18 December and 4 January, but I’m happy to show the flat before then. If needed, a friend can arrange viewings while I’m away.
