There is a deposit to pay of £450. This is payable on signing the contract, and is secured with the Deposit Protection Service and returned at the end of the tenancy.

There is a shared lounge with dining table and chairs and a sofa, kitchen with microwave, gas hob, electric oven, kettle, toaster and 2 fridge-freezers. All crockery and pots/pans are supplied.

Bathroom has shower, WC and basin, with a washing machine / dryer available for the tenants’ use.

Fully double glazed, and with fire doors and a full HMO licence, the landlord is also registered with Rent Smart Wales.

Local shop is just up the road, and town is easily accessible by walking down Mount Pleasant hill. The railway station is also only 10 minutes' walk along Milton Terrace.

All applications considered, but a reference from a recent house share is required please.

Smoking is permitted at the outside to the rear of the property, but not inside.
