In a quiet semi-rural location only two minutes from the M4, and 10 minutes drive from the DVLA and Morriston Hospital it is in a perfect location. It is also only 15mins drive from Swansea Bay Campus and 25mins from Swansea University and Singleton Hospital.
Fees include all bills, WiFi, cleaning and laundry (sheets and towels only). There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and cooker plus a washing machine for use by the lodgers.
There is also a lovely terraced garden with views over the adjacent woodland and fields. The cottage has broadband and plenty of parking as the house is at the end of a road.
I am looking for professional people only who need lodgings full time or Monday to Friday.
