This house is within 10 minutes walk of the Singleton campus of Swansea University, 3 minutes from Singleton Park and 30 minutes walk or shorter easy cycle distance to Swansea Trinity St David main campus.
There is a common kitchen and dining area on the ground floor, bathroom with shower and toilet on the first floor and a utilty room with washing machine, tumble drier and additional toilet on the lower ground floor and garden area. There is also a lower ground floor basement room where bikes etc can be secured and on-street parking by the house on one of the wider roads in the Brynmill area.
