Two double rooms near city centre for rent

I have a small bedroom with a 3/4 bed and a large double room both available for rent in my house from June. In bedroom 1 There is a built in cupboard space acting as a wardrobe for hanging clothes and a large window facing the rear of the property. Photos of this empty room included. 5 minute walk to uplands and 10 minutes to city centre. Price includes all bills. The house includes a large shared bathroom, kitchen and living room and currently myself and my friend occupy the other two rooms (room 2 will be available from June when she moves out). The rooms are currently not furnished but will include bed and any shelving or storage units required on request.
