Live in landlord but I have my own smaller living room with seperate smart tv. WiFi is 500Mbps and full fiber broadband.
You will barely see me as I do my own thing and have my own room and “office” which is my own private livingroom.
My sons will be visiting on weekends but they will have my room and I will sleep in my private livingroom.
You supply your own consumables (cleaning products, food etc) you will be allocated a cupboard.
Each bedroom has a TV but you will need something to plug into it. The second livingroom has a tv and fire stick.
Nightly fees can be discussed and there’s no requirement for a deposit.
Ideal for contractors and the like.
Professional and tidy people only.
You clean your own area and sort your own administration.
Payment in advance weekly/ daily/monthly
Refunds can be arranged if you decide you need to leave early.

Vaping is acceptable in the property but if you smoke, please smoke out in the garden.
The property has recently been painted white in all rooms but you are welcome to add your own touch to your room if staying for longer than 6 months.
Couples welcome in the double room at a slightly higher rate to cover the increased energy bill.

No HB please, working people only. Due to the fact I work in the 3rd Sector with survivors of domestic abuse so I am unable to house vulnerable adults.
Council tax is band B but included in the price of the room.
I only request “no pets” as I have two female rats which are kept in my own room, individual pets can be discussed.
I’m a chilled, happy, easy going guy and I’m just as happy to socialise asi am to fully respect your privacy.
