I am currently looking for a lodger to stay long term as both of my lodgers finish their 12 month placement in the summer

The rooms have ample storage and comes with a double bed. As stated both rooms have private bathrooms.

No smoking, vaping or weed smokers please.

No children visiting or staying

No remote working


No Pets

Couple considered but price will go up to £1500 per room.

The house itself is fully furnished, all the electrics, plumbing, heating, flooring, ceilings , kitchen and boiler are all brand new. Super tidy housemates please.

I am an architectural technician by profession and I also manage my own company, so you will see me very little. I also have a lovely dog, who will always greet you! I also have another lodger who will need to meet you.
