Roommate needed urgently for large flat in mumbles

I am a 29 year old female, professional, looking for a roommate to share a large flat in Mumbles.

The rent would be £260 a month, plus a share of the bills. The bedroom available is a large double room with french window.

Flat has large kitchen, utility room with washing machine, medium sized communal living room.

5 minutes walk from the village. 2 minutes walk from local bars.

I am preferably looking for a professional around the same age. However somebody who also likes to go out and socialise. Though if your the kind of person who likes to keep to themselves that is fine too ) want somebody who is willing to stay till at least next June. When my contract ends.
