I live in a beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom Victorian apartment close to Mumbles, with covered off street parking and lovely sea views. It's near local amenities and has a bus stop right outside that goes to Singleton Hospital and campus in ten minutes. Two minutes' walk to the beach.

I'm looking for a mature, clean, tidy and responsible person to share this peaceful, clean and very spacious property. All bills are included in the price. Please note this is for one person only, no couples or overnight guests.

The room is a large double with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, recliner chair, desk and wifi. My other lodger lives in Devon and just comes up for a couple of nights a week, so you would have the second bathroom practically to yourself. There is a large cosy kitchen diner which has a good wifi signal.
