Looking for a house mate

Hey there. I am looking to rent out a double bedroom in my house in Armadale before October. It’s a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with front and back garden and a drive way in a quiet area. I am a 25 year old female student studying PGDE history at the university of Strathclyde. I’m going to be spending the majority of this year on placement and so will be really busy and probably stressed so looking for a clean tidy and respectful person to live with. House is fully furnished and all bills are included. My boyfriend also lives in London so I’m in London 1 weekend a month and he is here 1 weekend a month. If any of that sounds like it would suit you please let me know and we can maybe meet for a coffee or something. I’m currently in the process of painting and decorating the house and so can send pictures if interested. Thank you x
