Double room with ensuite

Hi,

My husband and I (m/m) are looking to rent a room in our home.

We're a laid back professional couple who enjoy socialising, cooking and travelling.

The house is on a new development and in a very secluded spot with ample parking, sizeable living space and a large garden to the rear (recently renovated with large decked area, hot tub etc).

Located 5-10 mins drive to Armadale train station and the same to Blackridge station we're ideally located for a short commute to Livingston, Edinburgh or Glasgow .

We have two small dogs who love people, however due to this we cannot consider anyone with pets.

The price includes all bills, use of communal spaces and a weekly clean by a professional cleaner.

Ideally looking for a professional male tenant (lgbt preferred) who is social in nature and likes dogs :)

Would consider ad hoc / part week rental also.

Available from date is also flexible.
