Single Room

Single Room is unfurnished and in need of repair. Agreement would be that the lodger would pay a deposit of £400. The lodger would then pay no rent for 4 weeks until they (the lodger) would repair, decorate and furnish the room. After the 4 week period the Lodger would then agree to commence payments of £60: 00 per week. An agreement would be required to be signed by landlady and lodger to this effect.
The house is a large property, sharing communal areas such as kitchen, living room and bathroom. There is also a Jack Russell terrier in the property.
