Hello,

I have a double room within my house to let. I work shifts therefore I am hardly home, so you would have the house to yourself most of the time.

The whole house has been recently decorated, and the room is fully furnished with a brand new double bed and wardrobe.

The living room, newly refurbished kitchen and bathroom will be shared. There is also a back garden and space for parking available directly outside.

The house is in a quiet residential area and I keep the house clean and tidy. There are excellent transport links, with Armadale train station a short 20 minute walk away, and Bathgate train station only a 10 minute drive, both offer fantastic links to Edinburgh and Glasgow. There's also regular buses which take you all over west Lothian.

The house is also a 5 minute drive away from an ASDA supermarket.

The rent is 440 pounds per calendar month. This covers all utility bills (including broadband and wifi).
