Hello, I hope all is well with you.
Before I begin I don't want to seem rude however I must make a few thing clear.

1) I am not the owner of the apartment I just rent, the bills are included in the advertisement.

2) Yes the room is available that is why the advertisement is here. (Obviously). Please just let me know when you are available to view the property that is in BATHGATE which is NOT in EDINBURGH.

3) NO COUPLES (the ad states this).

4) Write to me in English, if u tlkn lyk dis I will ignore ur msg tbh lol hashtag first impressions

5) MOST IMPORTANTLY - Do not message me expecting to move in before I have even met/spoken with you. If I am to live with someone I must know a bit about them and feel comfortable with them as I would like them to feel the same.

The property

Spacious 2 floor apartment based in the center of Bathgate. It is a 5-10 minute walk to known shops such as; Lidl, Aldi, Home bargains, Morrisons, and Tesco is a little further but it is 24 hours if that is useful to you. There are plenty bars/restaurants and take-outs nearby, and nature resorts too.

The property is fully furnished and has 2 storage cupboards, sliding doors to a baloney view of the town and the shared garden.
The kitchen also has plenty room and storage, the bathroom has a bath with shower and heating towel rack.
To get in the main door you will have a censored fob and a key, with a key for the door to the flat also.

Monthly bills are as follows;
Rent - £265 (530)
Council Tax - £59 (118)
Gas + Electricity (Scottish Power) - £36 (£72/m paid quarterly).. Usually pay less than this.
I have sky broadband installed at £15.50 (31) per month, however I would prefer to find another provider as sky are terrible.

So in total you will pay £375.50 per month.

We can come to an arrangement for the community things such as toilet paper, washing power/liquids etc. Everyone has different suggestions.

So enough about the property and a little about the person that you will be living with.

The me

I am clean, kind, creative, sociable, spontaneous, respectful of other people's behaviour and privacy. I like to cook and will happily cook for you, I should probably mention that I am vegetarian, I would be vegan but I looooovvee me some pizza, and eggs. not together mind, but now I am curious. You are welcome to use my food I find myself throwing out more than I eat.. need to work on that. But if I find you eating my pizza and ice cream I will kick your ass so hard you won't be able to sit down for a week :)
When it comes to dishes I will wait until there is enough that it wouldn't be a waster to run the hot water, and I will wash dishes that I didn't use.. yours..

I work at a factory in shift patterns, which consists of 12 hours 4 days on, 4 days off, 4 nights on, 4 off, and this repeats but I have a sheet with my shift pattern on it for visual reference for both of us.

When I am not working you can find me trying to make video games all on my lonesome, if you are a programmer, artist and or a game designer I will probably be begging you to join me on my crusade so be warned. I also play music, not so much now as I spend my time trying to work with c# but you are more than welcome to use my instruments.
I have a bench press and other exercise related gadgets (you can also use),
I have a netflix account (thanks to my sister) so we can binge on some series. I have an xbox 360, I hardly play but if I have someone to play with I would be more likely to.

I hope you like plants, I have; tomato, radish, basil, gooseberry, gojiberry, blueberry, strawberry, spinach, onions, zucchini, plum tree, lemon tree, 5 carnivous plants and 2 aloe vera plants.

The you

Ideally I would want to be friends of some form as well as home sharers.
Someone with similar interests is definitely a bonus but not essential, as long as we can enjoy the company of one another suits me just fine, would rather not have the awkwardness when walking by one another.
I known this is obvious but I rarely find people that help with the chores.. they say that they are clean but do not clean so I would want this, and to feed my plants when I am away.
Someone who does not mind that I wait for a full load of dishes before washing them.

The landlord is very easy to speak with, my favourite so far. If you have any issues he is very understanding, as too am I. I hope that is enough information for you, I look forward to hearing from you.
