2 bright an spacious double bedrooms

I am looking for friendly, trustworthy house mates to rent out my spare double bedrooms within my two bed house.
The master bedroom is large with ample storage and built in mirrored wardrobes.
The double bedroom is bright and spacious with a view of the green to the front. The accommodation is furnished and includes all bills e. g. gas and electricity, sky tv and broadband.
The property consists of a shared kitchen, living room with patio doors out into the garden, down stairs WC and family bathroom with shower over bath. There is ample parking and I also have a private space.
The property is also a two minute drive to the train station with regular trains travelling to Edinburgh and Glasgow and close to the M8.
I will be moving back through to Edinburgh and so looking to rent out both rooms.
