Looking for a Flatmate.

I am currently living in a two bedroom flat on the outskirts of Bathgate, which is a 30/40 minute walk and a 6 minute drive from the train station which has good links to both Edinburgh and Glasgow.

I'm looking for a flatmate to rent out the second room and split rent and bills. The bedroom is currently unfurnished so you would need to provide your own furniture, however I am planning on decorating the whole flat in the next month or so, so it will have fresh wallpaper and also has brand new carpets.

I have a pet rabbit, so you would need to be okay with me keeping her in the livingroom. I also smoke so anyone applying would need to be okay with that.

Once I have decorated I will post pictures of the bedroom and the other rooms, and you are also welcome to come for a viewing if you can.
