The room is in good condition, has a compact size for one person, and is bright with a view to our garden. It has a single bed with storage drawers.

All the bills are included and suitable for one person only due to the size of the room.

The house is on a quiet street with free parking on the street outside of the house and a lovely garden. There is plenty of space to keep a bike.

I am easy-going and sociable, and I also like my own space and appreciate other people's privacy.

We are looking for a responsible person who is happy to make themselves at home, someone who is clean, tidy, and happy to share a house with a family.
