Double bedroom for rent in Bathgate (female only)

My current flatmate is moving out so I have a double bedroom for rent in Bathgate!

The flat is like a 5 minute walking distance one way to the train station and 5 minutes the other way to Tesco and about a 10 minute walk/2 minutes the other drive into Bathgate

The rent is £390 a month, about £80 for internet and council tax, and about £60 gas/electricity every month. The only furniture that’ll be left in the room is the bed frame, youll have your own bathroom which does only currently have a bath

Move in date and bills will be officially from 1st November but can probably be flexible a weekish before

I’m super easy going I just ask that you’re clean, respectful, and tidy! I’d prefer someone who didn’t work full time from home. You must also be okay with cats as I have a little 1.5 year old cat called couch :)
