Double room in Bathgate (Female only!)

My flatmate recently moved out so I have a double bedroom up for rent! It’s available ASAP or 31st December but I can be flexible!

Rent is £390 a month, approx £80 for internet and council tax and approx £60 gas/electricity monthly each (bills are all due by the 1st each month) The bed frame can stay or go, you will have sole use of the main bathroom which does only have a bath. The room gets great natural light, probably the best in the flat to be honest. You have the boiler in one cupboard in the room and a good sized clothes cupboard too. The rest is all shared living space :)

The flat is 5 minutes walking distance to Bathgate train station which is a 25 min train to Edinburgh or 45 to Glasgow, there’s a bus stop right outside the flat too. It’s a 10 minute walk into the town centre where there’s cafes, charity shops, food shops etc and a 5 minute walk the other way to big Tesco!

I’m super easy going I just ask that you’re clean, respectful, and tidy! I’d prefer someone who didn’t work full time from home. You must also be okay with cats as I have a little 1.5 year old cat called couch :)
