The room has a double bed, bed linen provided, WiFi, TV and double fitted wardrobes with ample space.

Situated within 10 minutes of the train station with Edinburgh 25 minutes by train and Glasgow approx 40 minutes. Livingston approx 8 miles away.

Situated in a very quiet and peaceful estate, near Morrisons with the town centre in a walkable distance.

There is use of a drive and also a garden to enjoy in the spring and summer months.

There is a shared dining room and kitchen facilities.

Ideally looking for a quiet, professional, clean and tidy person and a 'definate' non smoker.

I share my home with my daughter who also works long hours.

I work Monday to Friday and occasionally at home and enjoy my time in the evenings and weekends at home.

Currently looking for a Monday to Friday let, very flexible arrangement available to suit.
