Double room for rent

Double room to rent. Room comes fully furnished and all bills are included in the rent. It is a two floor Maisonette located in Bo’ness with a view of the sea. Couple of lovely cafes/pubs/shops on the high street, it’s a quiet place with nice walks. Around a 10 minute drive from Linlithgow which has a train station. Edinburgh and Glasgow are easily commutable! Airport is also 20 minutes away!

I am a 27 year old professional and also live here with my dog. I work in a children’s home in Edinburgh so I am out most of the week Monday-Friday and work from home once a week. There is a small third room used as a dressing room/guest room with a futon if people visit!

Pets may be considered however would need to test whether they get on with my dog first as he can be a bit nervous around other dogs!
