Room with ensuite

A large twin room with onsuite shower/bathroom. I am finding it too expensive living solo. I am a private person, tidy, easy going yet social and enjoy a quiet environment. I have listed for a female purely because I just get on better socially and had bad experiences with previous male. I have a son who visits every other weekend but would not have my partner staying and would think the same from flat mate. I also go out to meet friends and don't bring them back - just to keep a nice neutral home environment with no privacy concerns or awkwardness. I work long hours so don't spend that much time actually at the flat, only when sons here. I would like a flat mate who is tidy and respectful and fair. Would be good if we were friends. The rent paid half each and council tax split equally. We could split the elec/gas depending on usage.
