En Suite double room in detached house, situated in a quiet area of Broxburn. 5 mins from bus links, 10- 15 mins from shops / gym.

You’d be sharing with myself a 46 year old professional male, currently split between wfh and on-site 2/3 days a week, plus my cat.

Room is currently furnished with a king size bed; wardrobe, chest of drawers, further under bed storage also some smaller tall boy drawers.

Shared living room with sky tv, shared kitchen includes fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine located in utility room. All utilities included ( super fast WiFi, electric and gas) on street parking available. Good links to trains and motorway.

Pets considered, and I’d consider couples by separate negotiation.
