Room to rent in newly renovated cottage in Broxbun

I have recently completed a full renovation on my two-bedroom cottage at the Roman Camps in Broxburn. The place is semi-rural and in a great setting within a lovely and friendly community. I work and live in Manchester but will be looking to spend time between Scotland and Manchester. I'm looking to find a housemate to move into from July. I am looking for a female housemate and preferably someone at least vegetarian (I'm vegan). The rent is £500 but will also be required to pay towards the bills. As I won't be there all the time, the person renting the room will have their place to themselves most of the time. You must like cats as my two will be with me some times.
