Dbl bedroom for weekly/daily rent close to airport

Double bedroom with make up table, large wardrobe, firm quality mattress and old carpet available for weekly or daily or part time rent for single person but will consider couples for slightly more £
Private, off street parking.

Towels are provided, shower gel, shampoo, cotton pads, toothpaste, body lotion etc available to use.
Small shared shower room(newly renovated) and shared living room with smart TV and wifi although I probably won't be using the living room while someone is here.
Kitchen is equipped with small air fryer, oven, toaster, fridge freezer, gas cooker etc and washing machine.

Living room has no coffee table but I have 2 'eat in bed' trays/tables at least :)
Private garden with furniture and greenhouse where I currently try to grow tomatoes.

Bedroom has synthetic duvet and pillows. A few notes that the floor is a bit creaky in places, the one bed side table flickers sometimes and the window no longer tilts open. Otherwise all good :)

I do have a cat who stays inside over night so please don't be allergic :) he has a litter tray beside the washing machine in the kitchen but he only uses It when I'm away on holiday so it's not gross at all. It also supposed to smell like pine 😅.He also eats in the kitchen. He was rescued from being abandoned, just over a year old and currently only trusts me ..
Broxburn is close to the airport, about 25 minutes bus ride or 15 minutes by taxi.. Edinburgh city centre is about 50 minutes (much quicker on the weekends probably 35-40min) by bus x18 (return day ticket is £9 that can be used on all the buses in Edinburgh throughout the day) or uphall train station is 7 min drive where Edinburgh is only 15 min by train, Glasgow is 1 hr).
Tesco express is around the corner. The town also has aldi, Lidl, massage salons, couple of nice restaurant with take aways and a canal nearby with also plenty of cycling tracks.

£40/day for less than a week's stay.
From September onwards, the smaller double room will be available to rent for £150/week or £25 a night. This room also has a quality mattress and wardrobe with 2 bedside tables. Will update photos on it when it's ready.
