Hello I'm Adam, I work in hospitality and share my time between work, my home and my partners home in Midlothian. The room for rent is furnished double bedroom. The property is situated in South Queensferry, direct bus and rail link to Edinburgh City Centre. Close to local amenities.

The area has lots to offer, as well as the three bridges, amazing views, lots of local walking areas, beautiful Dalmeny Estate there is also some lovely restaurants and bars.

South Queensferry is a Scottish town that was named such for being the place where Saint Margaret of Scotland established a ferry to transport pilgrims travelling to St Andrews. The town continued to be an important ferry point until the latter half of the 20th century when the service was withdrawn after the opening of the Forth Road Bridge.
