Flat is within very close proximity to the train station allowing quick access to City Centre and also near the Forth Crossing and motorway network allowing commute if working outside Edinburgh. The flat is also located beside the number 43 Bus Route which goes to St Andrews Square in the City Centre. The room is furnished with double bed, large cupboard, desk, chair and television. I also had triple glazing installed in the room last year, and throughout the flat, so it's fairly temperate all year round irrespective of the weather outside. I have an en-suite so the second bathroom with shower / bath would be for your own use only. Kitchen has washing machine, oven, gas hob and microwave.
