My flat is available for short term (up to 2 months) rental. Exclusive use of ENTIRE FLAT. Weekly price £300 per week. Monthly price £900. Professionals only please. Maximum people would be 2. I have downstairs neighbours and I like to keep them on side. So quiet, considerate people only.

I would need some references, one from and employer/university and one from a previous landlord or professional person who can vouch for you. For stays of 1 month or more deposit is £900. 1 week up to 1 month will vary. I will let you know upon enquiry.

The flat is nice and cosy. Fully furnished. Gas central heating, full sky package, wireless internet (no massively fast, but it's ok!).

Dechmont is a quiet village in West Lothian. A bus service to Edinburgh runs to Edinburgh every hour. The train station is a 30minute walk or 5 minute drive - trains to Edinburgh and Glasgow.

I will accept tenants for 1 weeks up to 2 months. Get in touch if this suits your needs.
