I have a double room available to rent from September, with plenty of storage space in wardrobe and drawers.

I work away quite a lot, so you would have a lovely house to yourself most of the time! I’m back on some weekends, on my annual leave or infrequent times I work from Scotland.
I’m happy to discuss a different cost if a couple were interested.

The house is a new build, with a little enclosed garden.

Situated opposite a great large country park for lots of walks.

There is a bus stop going direct into Edinburgh on the street outside.
Also 4 train stations close by to choose from - 2 in Livingston, 1 in Uphall and 1 in kirkliston giving plenty of travel options.
