We’ve got a lovely fully furnished double room going spare for a single occupant and it’s not just any room. It comes with a built-in wardrobe (hello storage!) and your very own private bathroom - no queues for showers here!

You’ll be sharing the rest of the home with two delightful humans and two fluffy Maine Coon cats (they basically think they run the place… and we let them).

A generous back garden, perfect for relaxing or pretending you’re good at gardening

A short hop to Heriot-Watt University
Bus stop just a 2-minute stroll away
Kirknewton train station a 4-minute drive (or a 15-minute bike ride if you’re feeling energetic)
Almondell Country Park is basically our backyard – ideal for walkers, runners, and nature lovers

Who you’ll be living with:
• 1 male student (19) studying aerospace engineering – building planes, not paper ones
• 1 female professional (35) working in finance – making sense of numbers and spreadsheets
(Not a couple, just awesome flatmates.)

Did we mention the cats? They’re large, luxurious, and love a chin scratch. Bonus points if you speak fluent feline.
