Semi detached house in Great quiet village, with shops, pubs and train station to service both Edinburgh and Glasgow. Bus service to Livingston and Bathgate. Livingston and Bathgate are 15 minutes drive by car. Next door neighbours very nice too :)
I have two small dogs that follow me around! They also have many toys that they like to play with in the main living room. They’re really friendly and love to welcome you home. Living room has small tv with Netflix and now TV. There is a second living room with a sofa bed (no tv currently) that is used as a separate chill space. Large garden with huge shed if storage is needed.
I work Monday - Friday 9-5, in Edinburgh and I drive. I’m not in the house one / two nights a week.
I like cooking, wine, tea, nights in and out, and spend a lot of time at my parents house. I rarely have visitors.
Looking for a tidy, quiet person who will respect cleanliness and look after the property like their own. Price includes rent, bills and council tax.
