The house benefits from excellent public transport links to Edinburgh city centre, with an approximate travel time of 30–40 minutes to West End (Princes Street.)

The atmosphere in the house is relaxed and respectful, and everyone values privacy while enjoying a comfortable living environment.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house, but this is allowed in the garden.

The double room rent is £695 pcm (All bills inclusive)
