I have two well-presented rooms available to rent in a clean, tidy, and welcoming 4-bedroom house with two reception rooms, located in Kirkliston, Edinburgh. The rooms include one double room available immediately and one single room available from 10th January. They would ideally suit a working professional or a mature student.

Tenants occupying three of the bedrooms will share two toilets, one of which includes a bath/shower.

The house benefits from excellent public transport links to Edinburgh city centre, with an approximate travel time of 30–40 minutes to West End (Princes Street.)

The property is shared with myself and a friendly couple; we all work full time. The atmosphere in the house is relaxed and respectful, and everyone values privacy while enjoying a comfortable living environment.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house, but this is allowed in the garden.

The double room rent is £675 pcm and Single room is £600 pcm ( All bills Inclusive)
