Double bedroom - Kirkliston

Hi! I have a spacious double room available in my fully furnished home in Kirkliston. The room has a double bed with a brand-new mattress, new carpet, and plenty of storage, so it feels really fresh and comfortable.

The bathroom, living room, and kitchen are shared. I like to keep the house clean and well looked after, so I’m hoping to find someone who is tidy, respectful, and easy to live with.

You’d be living with me — I work full-time. My partner stays over occasionally as we split our time between two flats. It’s generally a quiet, relaxed house and a nice place to come back to after work.

All bills are included.
No smoking and no pets, sorry.

Location & Transport
• Bus stop just metres from the house with links to Edinburgh Airport, Edinburgh city centre, and Fife
• Train station less than 4 miles away
• Easy access to the M8 and major road links, so great if you drive
