The room is the largest bedroom in the house. It has a comfortable double bed, triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, very large desk & chair, a bedside table/drawers and lots of shelves for storage.

Shared areas include kitchen with dining table and all expected appliances, washing machine and tumble dryer in separate laundry room and a bathroom with a fantastic shower.

Private garden with decking to enjoy those summer evenings on and secure shed for keeping a bicycle if required.

I am a friendly 32 year old professional who enjoys cycling, cooking and motorbikes.

You will be sharing the house with me, another housemate (when room occupied) and my cat who has a cat flap and is friendly and fully housetrained.

The area is a quiet residential corner of Kirkliston. Shops, gym, takeaways and a pub within easy walking distance. I often work in the South Gyle area of Edinburgh which is a 30 minute cycle or 15 minutes in the car through morning traffic. Reliable and cheap bus service to Edinburgh Park/South Gyle that coincides with office hours. Edinburgh Airport is 1.8 miles from the door (dont notice the planes from inside the house) and there are regular buses into the centre of Edinburgh if required. Very good access to motorway network with Grangemouth refinery 15 minutes away and Glasgow, Perth, Dundee all less than 60 minutes drive away.
