3 bed semi-detached house with private garden in the lovely rural suburb of Linlithgow. A peaceful community vibe, so someone who enjoys the outdoors is essential.

A 20 minute train into Edinburgh Waverley. Lots of shops/pubs/restaurants on Linlithgow high street, a canal 2 mins walk (with great cycle path and walkway) and gym nearby. The property has parking for 2 cars.

The bedroom has a built in wardrobe, but will be otherwise unfurnished (the new tenant will be required to bring their own bed) communal kitchen and lounge furnished as per photographs. The 3rd bedroom is currently used for laundry/storage/occasional guest room, to be shared.

Will be sharing with myself, a 34 Y. O professional working in the property market in Edinburgh. I consider myself fairly flexible to live with, important that we get along, respectful of each others space, but also someone to share pizza with on a Friday would be ideal.

Applications to be approved by the letting agency. Ideally no students for council tax purposes.
