Double room up for rent in a quiet and clean apartment. The room is furnished, if a couple wants the double room, there is an extra 50 pounds per month.
There are no special rotas to follow, we just want someone who can clean after him/herself.
We can accept smokers but only if there are OK with smoking outside, but defiantly no illegal substances. If I smell them in the house the deal is over.
No pets allowed!
