The area (Deans) is very quiet with quick accessibility to the M8. Couple minutes walk to bus stop and 1.3 mile from livingston north train station.

I am looking to rent out more rooms over the next few month as I upgrade parts of the house however until then there will be two of us. Eventually I would like the house to be a community for like minded females.

I am looking for a female housemate who is animal friendly (I have one dog and 2 rabbits). Housemate needs to be willing to tidy up after themselves and be respectful of noise during sleep hours. Otherwise I am very easy going and keen to get to know other people.
