For rent is a large double room with double bed, double wardrobes,, bed side unit and 3 x chest of drawers. I can provide a sizeable desk in the room if required as well, got one spare in the living room.
Shared bathroom with other flatmate (professional male in other spare room, only in the flat a few days a week). I have an en-suite attached to my bedroom so don't use the bathroom.
I'm rarely in the flat except for a few evenings during the week (stay at my GFs quite a lot these days) so can make yourself at home.
There is also a communal bike shed in the car park, which if you need to use I can get a key for you.
Washing machine and tumble drier in the kitchen as well.
ALL bills included in the price, so no extra costs.
300mbps WiFi included.
The flat is located a 2 minute walk from Livingston North train station, with trains every 30 mins to Edinburgh and Glasgow. There are various buses and routes available within 5-10mins walk as well. Parking is unallocated but there are always spaces if you have a car!
There is also a Morrisons supermarket that's a 5 minute walk away.
The room will be available for around the next 12 months, as I will be looking to sell the flat sometime at the start of 2027. So, the agreement will be for 12/13 months depending on circumstances.
About me:
I am a friendly outgoing professional, working as a design engineer in Glasgow. I'm very rarely home due to my hobbies and seeing my girlfriend, only really home to cook or sleep. Other hobbies include road trips, camping, anything motorsport, and cooking.
The male professional in the other spare room is very friendly and clean & tidy, very easy to get on with. He is also an engineer and works in Livingston.
