A nice, homely, large double room in a very quiet area. Mid terraced house, nicely situated in the desirable area of Deans. It has great links to the M8 motorway and Living North station, meaning Edinburgh and Glasgow are easily accessible. It’s also walking distance from the Tesco warehouse and Deans industrial estate. Livingston north train station 1.2 mile walk. Suitable for Livingston workers as good bus links also. The property has a private garden to the rear which is very enjoyable/peaceful in summer.

Someone who works sociable hours would be desirable for the current house dynamics. Current housemates are all under 30 and sociable. Must be able to speak reasonable English as communication is key in any environment.

Currently hosting two males under 30. Both guys work long hours, mostly keep to themselves but both pleasant and friendly.

There are basic household rules (as with any house share) that are for the benefit of considerate communal living, all common sense stuff.
