Located just outside Edinburgh with direct links to the city centre, with the nearest bus stop being a 2 minute walk from the property and two train stations within a 8 minute drive.

The house is made up of 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen, shared livingroom, 2 bathrooms front and back door with a large back garden

Amenities
Room: The room comes fully furnished including a double bed, built in wardrobe, bedside table. Brand new duvet and pillows and mattress protector will be provided.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with pots pan plates cutlery ect. We also have built in oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, airfryer, nutribullet, slow cooker and george foreman for use :)
The kitchen also has a built in dishwasher and washing machine

Parking: there is multiple parking bays just outside the property

Please note, we do have two cats in the property, however they are mainly outside and will keep to themselves
