Small unfurnished double room available

Hello, my names Zoe and i’m currently looking for someone to flat share with me! I’ve been renting the flat since December, and due to a change of circumstances i’m looking for someone to move into my spare room asap. The bills are split 50/50, therefore the £515 covers rent, council tax, virgin tv & broadband and gas and electricity, however may change very slightly month to month as it’s a pay as you go meter.
