Double Room Available in Cozy, Furnished Home – Livingston

I’m looking for a friendly, respectful tenant to take over a fully furnished double bedroom in a bright, spacious, and comfortable home in Livingston. I currently rent the property myself and will be living here too.

The room is fully furnished, and the house has a lovely open-plan feel with all bills and council tax included — gas, electric, Wi-Fi/broadband.

I do have a young cat (just under a year old), so someone who enjoys animals would be ideal. When I’m out, it would be great if she had a bit of company now and then — she’s very sweet and social.
