Room is a double room with spacious fitted wardrobe. Furniture provided including king size bed.

Shared bathroom, kitchen with amenities including cooker, fridge freezer, washer/dryer and spacious living room. Attic also accessible for storage purposes.

£400 per month includes all bills including wifi.

£400 deposit required.

Walking distance to Almondvale shopping centre and close to both railway stations in Livingston. Parking available outside property.
