Approx. 15 minutes’ walk to Livingston North railway station with a 20 minute train into Edinburgh city centre. Approx. 20 minutes’ walk to McArthur Glen shopping centre/ St John’s hospital.
The room will be freshly carpeted with a double bed, black out blinds and new heater installed for the tenant moving in. There is ample built-in storage. If you wish to furnish yourself, I would need to know ASAP.
I require a month’s rent in advance and deposit of £200 which will be returned to you when you when your tenancy ends. The tenancy is periodic - run indefinitely from 1 rent period to the next.
