I have a large double room available to let out in a nice and cosy house. Large room which come with double bed. shared bathroom upstairs. Downstairs is a shared kitchen and shared living room. Electric will be shared between 3 rooms. 2 rooms are upstairs and 1 downstairs .

Tenant must bring own duvet pillows and bedsheets

Local train station is Livingston north

Several minute drive to there

Would prefer somebody professional and 1 months deposit is payable on entry and rent is payable either 2 weeks in advance on move in date or monthly whichever suits.

Local to post office and shops and short drive from the motorway and Livingston shopping complex and many eating out places.
